How do I buy ?

  1. Choose a your item, add to bag.
  2. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout
  3. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, continue via guest checkout.
  4. Choose your preferred payment method and await further updates.

SHIPPING ?

  • Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 72 hours from purchase.
  • Within the UK, shipping will take 2-7 days from purchasing.
  • International purchases may take 2-14 days dependent on carriers.

Returns

We accept returns up to 28 days, providing the garment is unworn/ not used & in the same condition as when it was sent.

On pre-loved garments, we only accept exchanges unless the item has gone missing.

Item not as described ?

Just let us know, we will cover the return & either replace or issue a full refund.

Why so cheap ?

We price our products based on our condition/ quality. Not current trends.

I haven't received any updates on my order ?

Rest easy, your order will be on its way. Message us at: support@sustainablecloset.co.uk or directly on our instagram. (mention your order number) !

We will chase this up and give you updates accordingly.

How is my garments sized ?

Please review the description on the garment, there may be measurements already.
